Hello everyone out there. I am back. Maybe you asking, so where were you any way?
Its along story .... but I had tickbite fever and im so glad to say, today I feel abit more human again.
If youve had tick bite fever you will understand that I am talking about.
Shew! between headaches, hot and cold fevers and stabbing pains that feel like jaggered glass leaving your muscles its plain horrible and did I mention that your brain feels swollen.
How on earth can one little tick bite cause such havoc on ones body just boggles the mind. You just sleep and sleep like there is no tomorrow and when you look again its another day gone. I have a dear friend who everyday sent me a message saying I pray tomorrow you will feel 100% better than you did today.
Such a beautiful statement of encouragement.
Just wanted you all to know I am out the otherside of this horrible time and grateful.
Remember you are blessed and therefore able to be a blessing to others.
Our bodies are well put together by the Father and fights off all the nasties that come against us.
Thank you Lord for your healing.
Go on now and do a great job of loving God and loving others. Your life counts and makes a difference.

blah blah blah
Sometime you feel like you are in a blah blah blah season of life.
What is a blah blah blah season you may be asking. Hee hee, I could leave this post right here at this point and ask you all to put your thoughts up on the comment section og blogger.
I think its that time frame when everything seems to be same same same. Then you suddently realize its 8 days to Christmas and you are living in denial because you still havnt bought any presents or a leg of lamb or mint jelly or even put up the Christmas tree. Aaaaarg...... now that changes life from blah blah blah to panic.
Im sure no one else out there is in a blah state and you have done and wrapped those gifts, bought or baked a Christmas cake and even hung up Christmas lights and tinsel.
Christmas is not about how expensive the gifts are but about Jesus and people around us. Love the Lord your God with all your heart and love your neighbour (those around you) as you love yourself. Its a matter of the heart.
So im moving out of blah blah blah and getting into gear for Christmas. Make it memorable.

Sometimes I look at my blog page and wonder what profound things I can muster up to write and today is one of those times and then I remember that its just good to chat.
So today I am just chatting to you. How are you? What you been up to? Anything interesting to share? let me hear all about it.
in the meantime let me remind you that this Tuesday 8th November 7for7.30pm is Womens Forum Meeting Yay! I will get to see some of you. We meet once a month on a Tuesday. We alternate. One month its a morning meeting and the following month a evening meeting. where: Word of Life Church, main road, Fish Hoek. (which is above Kostas Greek eatery) I will be ministring the Word after a time of worship and then there will be personal ministry. We do not charge for these meetings but rather take up a offering for the ministry.
It will be great if you can come.
Thats my chatter for today. Need to get some supper going.

Good Day and a Good season to Celebrate.
Yay, its the 1st of November, How fabulous is that. Nearly the end of 2011 but still time to enjoy this time frame of expectation. Look back at this year as it passes quickly now and call to rememberance some of the hopes and dreams you had as you set out in the early days of 2011. Some of the desires and dreams would have come to pass others came into view but maybe didnt materialise as yet, thats ok, because we still have some weeks in 2011 and alot of years ahead of us still. Dont pack those dreams and desires away too quickly but rather put them up on your new calender for this coming year. We live life too fast and want it all in view now, but God knows exactly what He is doing with our lives and delayed gratification is not a bad thing. Life is not a sprint, but rather a journey. Stop and smell the roses and appreciate the view. Take it a day at a time, loving God, loving your family and friends. Appreciate one another, give honor to those around you, do acts of kindness and show the love of God to strangers and watch your whole life light up with grace and mercy. So celebrate November and know that the best is yet to come. Have a beautiful day. Your life is beautiful and your dance for the King is breath taking.

Peace in the Storm.
Good morning everyone. Trust youve had a goodnights rest. Some people can only sleep in a dark room with total silence and even the ticking of a clock will keep them awake while others can put a comfy pillow behind their head in a full room of people talking and children playing and sleep well.
We are all so different. Some poeple lie awake when theyre worried and others find refuge in sleep if theyre feeling depressed.
I love Ps 46 its such an encouraging psalm in times of pressure.
Ps 46 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though its waters roar and be troubled though the mountains shake with its swelling. There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city og God, the holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved. God shall help her, just at the break of dawn. (v1 to 5)
and finishes in versus 10 and 11 with: Be still and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth! The lord of hosts is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge.
So pwerful a promise. Though there are many battles on everyside and storms rage God says BE STILL AND KNOW THAT I AM GOD.
He is saying I am with you and I will never leave you nor fail you. I will keep you in perfect peace. Trust Me I am God and there is no other besides Me.
He loves us totally and watches over us with singing.
Dont allow the negetaive circumstances to dictate to your life allow God to lead you, keep you, guide you, provide for you, hold you, comfort you, love you. You are His and He cares always.
May the God of peace surround you this weekend and may you rejoice in your inheretance in God.

Love one another.
Hello friends,
We live in times of great contrasts.....there are wars and rumours of wars, famine, earthquakes, floods and financial delema and yet we also see breakthrough in technology and medicine and people celebrating life daily, families go on holidays, parents celebrate their childrens achievements and life continues and there is even an exceleration of life and hope for the future. How is this possible one might ask.
Its possible because God is our Father and He has such excellent plans for us His people. He never slumbers or sleeps and He never grows weary. He as a Father watches over the affairs of His household.
the Word of God encourages us to love one another and that by this all will know that we are His disciples.
We love one another by respecting each other and honoring one another. making room for each others opinions and dreams, listening to each other with full attention, encouraging the best to come forth in one anothers lives.
1 Corinthians 13 says If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels but have not love I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If i have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have faith that can move mountains but I have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames but have not love I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind it does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self seeking, it is not easliy angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.
Wow! such a awesome declaration of what love is. Each of us as we read that piece probably feel we fall short of what it is to truelly love one another......But take courage.... Jesus Christ is love. He layed down His life for us when we were sinners and He took our sin nature to the cross with Him and that old nature was nailed to that cross with Him. We have been resurrected with Him with a new nature. The nature of Christ .and we have love and we can walk in the new nature because we have been given a new nature. So first of all we silence the voice of the accuser that tells us day and night that we are no bodies and failures and we repent before our heavenly Father that we have believed the lie and tried to be good people and we are failing in it because we are nullifying the work that Christ has already done for us, then we thank the Father that we are the children of God and that we have a new nature and we begin to walk in the fullness of our new nature in Christ. Without Him we are nothing But through Him we can do all things
As we walk in the love of God we begin to take on His identity and the old nature and false identity will move off the throne of our lives and the King takes His rightful place and the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts and lives. We can walk in love because He is love. We can celebrate with each others dreams because our Father put those dreams in our hearts. We can expect a good future because His plan is to prosper His children and not to harm them to give us a hope and a future. We can expect the best in all circumstances because He is not the Father of calamity. Woo Hoo!
So dear friends, let us love the Lord our Godwith all of our hearts and let us love and encourage one another more and more even as the day may seem dark in the earth, Our God reigns and His plan is coming into focus swiftly and the kingdoms of the world will become the kingdom of our God and He shall reign for ever and ever.
I am cheering you on. You are the apple of your Fathers eye. He rejoices over you with singing.
His plan for you will never falter nor will He cut short on what He has promised you.
Keep yourself in Gods loving presence and thank Him for His unfailing love.
